Art of the Possible Workshop
We kick off the assessment with an “Art of the Possible” workshop, bringing together key stakeholders to explore the potential of Automation, Data and AI in the context of the business. Through real-world examples and case studies, we foster a shared understanding of these technologies and their practical applications, steering clear of tech hype and focusing on tangible business improvements.
Automation Pipeline Ideation
Building on the insights gained from the workshop, we engage in ideation discussions to surface potential automation projects. By collaboratively exploring business problems and operational efficiencies, we identify projects with the potential for rapid implementation and measurable results. This phase lays the groundwork for a prioritised program of works, aligning initiatives with strategic objectives.
Automation Evaluation
In this phase, we evaluate selected automation projects based on their potential to deliver commercial benefits, rapid implementation, and return on investment. Working closely with stakeholders, we assess the feasibility of each project and provide a clear overview of its efficacy, benefits, and estimated implementation costs through a concise 1-page Automation Evaluation.
Proof of Value Pack
Once a project is selected for further development, we proceed with a 10-day consulting engagement designed to prove both concept and value. Through real-world solution development, we validate the effectiveness of the initiatives before committing to full-scale implementation, minimising risks associated with technology adoption. The goal is to showcase tangible benefits and pave the way for successful operational use.
