This festive season, Tecala’s employees are donating funds to the Smith Family Toy and Book Christmas Appeal to help put a smile on childrens’ faces across Australia. We’re also inviting our customers and industry partners to get involved and would love to have you on board for this worthy cause.
During the past 12 months, many Tecala employees have volunteered for worthy causes and donated to charities of their own choice but this festive season we’re all coming together to support the amazing Smith Family Toy and Book Christmas Appeal.
The Smith Family is a children’s charity helping disadvantaged Australian children to get the most out of their education, so they can create better futures for themselves. This year, The Smith Family Toy & Book Christmas Appeal aims to deliver over 75,000 new toys and 50,000 new books to 25,000 children in need around Australia.
“Each quarter, we select a different worthy cause to support and what with this year being such a tough year on families and children, our employees appreciated that we could all come together as our own family and make an individual salary sacrifice donation for children through The Smith Family Toy & Book Christmas Appeal,” says Renata Bastalic, General Manager – People and Culture, Tecala.
At the same time, Tecala will be matching the employee donations dollar for dollar so that we raise as many funds as possible. In addition, Tecala will also make a contribution of $30 for each customer and partner who graciously provides a Google peer review and feedback on Tecala.
