Ben is a modern-day alchemist. He regularly thinks at the speed of light, transforms things through technology, and makes magic happen for (and with) our clients. In Ben’s world, technology is the enabler, but he never pushes it for tech’s sake. Instead, it’s his shrewd commercial instincts and keen eye for technical solution architecture, that’s accelerated our ability to design and deliver smart growth solutions that are unencumbered by the typical ICT issues.
A self-confessed workaholic, he gives his all every day, everywhere. He’s taken three competitive companies on comparable journeys – from System Integrators to Cloud and/or Managed Service Providers – and that says everything about his skill and tenacity. He’s passionate, driven, and innovative. His focus on understanding clients and colleagues alike compels him to build tight teams that work to understand outcomes and processes, before suggesting solutions… which makes both him and us different.
As our General Manager and Service & Operations, Ben is passionate about taking us to the edges of technology where we can brilliantly deliver what our clients need. Nothing more, nothing less. In doing that, he oversees the vision, delivery, and direction of our Consulting & Managed Services and the broader Tecala XaaS offerings. As our ‘cumulous evangelist’, he champions cloud adoption and delivery (both on and off-net) and insists on being able to show clients a demonstrable return on investment, along with an immediate enhancement of their ICT strategy.
