As a die-hard people person, she can spot someone worth developing from ten paces and loves stretching not just them, but also herself to open the right opportunities and challenges.

As an engaging down-to-earth person, Renata’s walking proof that Tecala delivers on its promise of Accelerated Brilliance. Initially joining in 2017 as our People & Culture Manager, her ability to enable teams to pull together was quickly recognised. Within two years she became our General Manager – People & Culture, forming part of the Executive Leadership team where she’s now shaping our culture programs. Driven by a need to get a positive outcome, she’s constantly collaborating across our business, as she tries and implements new ways to strengthen our culture, people, and team spirit.

Prior to joining Tecala, Renata worked at numerous cross-industry corporations where she designed and implemented a range of core HR projects spanning the employee experience. As an adept mentor and mediator, she specialises in employee engagement, performance management, health and wellbeing, and learning and development. Each of these specialisations are aimed at ensuring our teams are at their best every day.
