Initially joining in 2017 as our People & Culture Manager, her ability to enable teams to pull together was quickly recognised. Within two years she became our General Manager – People & Culture, forming part of the Executive Leadership team where she’s now shaping our culture programs. Driven by a need to get a positive outcome, she’s constantly collaborating across our business, as she tries and implements new ways to strengthen our culture, people, and team spirit.
