We had to ask to slow down the recording of the bot’s actions, because it is so fast that you can blink and miss it. The five minute process was reduced to a only a few seconds, that was hugely impressive…. Now, no-one can imagine life without the bot working alongside them… before, staff were scared that the bot might take away their job. Now, they are scared of the bot being taken away from them.

With Tecala leveraging our existing K2 investment, we managed to deliver an exceptional solution in a very short timeframe – which astounded the business. This put us in a position where we could focus wholly on the outcome and prioritise the user experience… We have a technology platform that we can use across the rest of the business, as well as lots of IP that we can reuse over and over again.

We were able to get from zero to production in about three months, and it wasn’t disruptive – we didn’t have to change systems or retrain staff. It was business-as-usual for us… It’s really about what a human can best do versus what a bot can do. We’ve been able to test this, and Tecala’s been the right partner for us to bring our ideas to life.

After Tecala undertook a full review of the organisation’s infrastructure, Feel the Magic have seen a direct increase in productivity, efficiency and a reduction in complexity and ongoing operational costs.
